Background[]
- Not much is known about these two. Fein may look like a clown but his personality is the kind that will hurt others that get in his way. They were able to find Zatch and Kiyo because Fein was able to sense Zatch's power after his third spell appeared. Fein was winning the battle with his speed and spells until Zatch and Kiyo magnetized him onto a water tower (sign in Manga) causing Zatch and Kiyo to win the battle.
